There are several hundred properties that qualify because they pay locator commissions.  Some, but not all, are listed on our website here.  You can guarantee that a property qualifies by contacting us before you lease.  You must lease for 6 months or longer, and select properties require us to escort you to the property.  The Rebate is subject to the property owner's approval and will be sent as soon as we receive payment of our commission fees by the property owner, usually within 4 - 10 weeks.

Any Rebate offer is subject to the consent of the principals our Texas licensed real estate agents represent.  There will be only 1 Rebate paid per lease, regardless of the number of occupants.  If you have previously lived at the property, are being transferred by a sister property, or you visited the property prior to using Austin360Apartments.com, the property may refuse to pay our commission.  If a property does not pay us a commission, there will be no Rebate.  If you lease an apartment from our website, and use the online claim form above, the Rebate amount is typically determined by the monthly rent amount.  In some cases the Rebate is half of the amount in our payment schedule:  If your lease is shorter than 12 months.  Also, if you lease select properties that are flagged with an asterisk (*) on our website and you are not escorted to the property by an apartment locator agent.  The Rebate applies to all customers who sign a lease between Dec 1st, 2006 & July 1, 2007 and may be extended.
